Finding Inner Peace

Soul Tribe, how to find your inner peace.

What is inner peace? It involves accepting ones true self, being in the present moment, and maintaining an even mindset when faced with life's challenges. It comes with inner balance.

When you go within, and start becoming present you identify your negative thoughts and emotions, and also the triggers in life that stirs these thoughts and emotions. When you start addressing these internally, they heal externally.

The first step to finding inner peace, is surrendering your ego. This is what your mind has always told you that you are, based on the external expectations of an non woke society. It's your personal Identity, but that isn't ALL you are, it's just a layer, and when we surrender our egos, we allow the soul to take the wheel from the mind.

The mind will fight to let go, and you must be persistent with it. Don't give in to the urges for logical answers whether it be to validate what you feel or disprove it. When you do this you are not surrendering your ego, but giving it more power.

How do we surrender our ego? We remember to stay present. Dwelling on the past, or constantly thinking about the future, is worry and worry comes from the mind. When you surrender your ego and become present, you are accepting and trusting what your soul is telling you.

For me, my soul was telling me I had a Twin Flame and giving me clear signs who it was and that it was so. Instead of accepting what I cannot change, I tried to disprove what my soul was telling me trying to find evidence that it was wrong. I did this because I did not want this person to be my twin, and was doing everything I could to avoid what my soul was telling me.

It wasn't until I accepted all that I could not change, and trust what my soul was saying did real change begin to happen. I seen a clarity, not only in my spiritual journey, but in what my purpose meant and what I was suppose to do with the tools God gave me.

For me, writing E Truth isn't for validation, or confirmation of what my soul is telling me to do. But rather, the result of trusting what I was meant to do. I'm not doing this blog for me, I'm not doing it for any gain, I'm not doing it for my Twin Flame either...that is part of my spiritual journey, because my journey is shared with theirs and theirs with mine because we are two sides of the same coin.  But my purpose, the contract I signed before coming to the Matrix, that was about you, Soul Tribe. I agreed to come here and remind you in Divine Timing, when to remember YOUR E Truth. Enlightenment. Universal Love. Spirituality. So that YOU could finally start your spiritual journey.

Marshall's Music stirs something inside each of you, it resonates with you and you can feel the music within you for a specific reason. You hear the call or pull toward your journey, and now I'm coming in to remind you that you have a journey to accept, embrace and embark on. E Truth is nothing but a reminder to your wake up call, a beacon if you will, when the timing is now.

We need to maintain presence, to achieve Inner Peace, when you are present you realize you are not the voice, you are the observer of that voice. You hear your internal dialogue, and when you realize this, when you flip the script and surrender your ego, when you allow your soul to take the wheel, your mind will become quieter, no more obsessive thinking, or negative thoughts, always popping up in your mind. No more Negging about why you feel something to be so, or why it can't be so or can't be possible. Why something you feel isn't logical because it doesn't have an explanation....No. Your mind goes quiet, all that fluff goes away, it just vanishes. And there is a stillness or a peace within you, that is like a calm.

You have trusted in yourself, your authentic self, and you have let go of all that no longer suits you.

When that happens, people will fall away from you, because YOU don't want that energy near you. That's when you know you have reached inner peace.

Its a gradual process as well, your not going to reach either inner peace or inner balance in a day of meditations. It takes time, days, weeks, even months to start seeing results. It all depends on you. It also comes in cycles. Your spiritual awakening is facing your demons and over coming them. It's a painful process and often times you will have bursts of crying but that's when you know it's working. Eminem explains the Spiritual Awakening perfectly here:
