Inner Balance
What Inner Balance Is And How To Get There
It is a state of psychological, emotional, and mental stability or harmony. This involves aligning your mind, body, and spirit, to a point you remain centered and rational even amidst external turmoil and internal conflict. You accept opposing forces, and maintain an equilibrium. By doing this it leads to a grounded feeling of calm or stillness, positivity, and resilience.
Key Aspects:
Emotional Stability: This is when you no longer allow your emotions to overwhelm your judgement, or cause you to lose control, allowing you to have both clear thinking and rational decision making.
Alignment: Inner Balance is all about aligning your mind, body and spirit. This harmonizes the different aspects of your being.
Acceptance of Opposites: This is about acknowledging and balancing the contradictory aspects of life. Looking at the benefits AND the drawbacks of a situation instead of focusing on one side.
Grounding and Centering: This sense of being grounded, makes you less vulnerable to the pressures of the external world.
Resilience: A balanced person can engage with challenges, making responsible decisions, and still maintain a well being, even when you are faced with difficult circumstances.
Holistic Well Being: Inner Balance, is a foundational element, for overall wellness, supporting mental, physical, and emotional health.

Once You Have Inner Balance How To Maintain It?
Meditation, is the big one here. This journey isn't a short road, Soul Tribe, and it never ends. You have to constantly go within to maintain inner balance, it's not something that you get and keep. This is why authentic awoken people are open to growth, because we don't hold all the answers, and keys to the universe, and we never will. We need to learn from each other, and expand on the concepts frequently.
Everyone's path and ways to get there are different, you have to explore different ways to see what's right for you. How we maintain our balance might be different for everyone. With myself, I meditate to inner balancing music. Sometimes straight up Zen Music, sometimes it's masculine and feminine energy, but I am always finding my balance someway, and meditating to go within me to find that balance. You have to work for it, and you have to work to keep it.
There are no short cuts, in your spiritual journey's, you can't just start today, and get to enlightenment tomorrow, it doesn't work that way. The road is not a straight path, but there are obstacles, and different directions to take along the way, but just remember they all go toward the same thing.
