Letting Go
I am hoping that by now you have watched Samadhi, and are currently reading either The Power of Now or Untethered Soul, and have at least begun to get a sense of your true self.
Now it's time to start your daily routine of Meditation, Mindfulness, Journaling, and Gratitude. So, now that you know who you are, how do you start your journey? Well, first off, after remembering you are a soul, you have to make sure you are living in the present moment. You do this with meditation, it doesn't have you be guided, although in the beginning guided helps. During my stage of learning to live in the present moment, I used this Guided Meditation:
How do you become present? You need to forget your past, and stop worrying about your future.
Take things one day at a time. Don't think about yesterday, and don't dread tomorrow. How do you find that space? By being aware of the thoughts and feelings going on inside your head. Acknowledging them, and letting them go.
This is how you truly heal yourself. Say you have a deep set fear, and you suffer from severe anxiety. You will eventually be able to catch the trigger that brings on these emotions. Once you catch that trigger, you will identify it, and come up with ideas to change your habits towards it.
Say you were traumatized as a child by a clown. You might not even remember the trauma, but you do recognize you have a deep fear of them. Seeing a clown would trigger your fear, and the unique way the clown makes you feel inside. Right?
To heal that trauma you need to let go of it. You do this by being aware of it, and then when it arises change your patterns of reaction to it.
If you have been physically abused in your life, you probably flinch when someone moves to quickly. By becoming aware, you notice that when someone moves too fast it activates your trigger, bringing back those same emotions that you felt, when it was happening. It's like its happening all over again. By being aware of it, you can work on how to acknowledge it but let it go. Eventually, that scenario will no longer control you, and you can break free from it so that you do not even become triggered anymore.
For instance, I was "shy" my whole life, but there came a point I was too scared to "talk" in public, I would clam up, and it was as if my mouth was glued shut. The fear even stemmed to online, in which I would hide behind a screen name and some silly profile picture. I knew that in order for me to fulfill my purpose, I needed to have a voice. For I have known this was my purpose since 2016. Yet, I couldn't do it while hiding out of fear. So, I started watching for my trigger, when I found it, I identified the root problem, as a deep set fear. A soulmate showed me this within myself, back when I was 15 years old. The same way I felt when I would clam up, was how I felt whenever I saw this soulmate. And I would literally run from them, at the time because I was still sleeping at that point, still allowing my ego to tell me who I was.
But how do we become aware of these things in order to let them go?
Well, that's simple, once you remember you are a soul, you can recognize thoughts, and be aware that you are thinking. Once you are aware of thought and emotions, that's when you start noticing your triggers, and can adapt yourself to let this trauma go.
How can you stay aware? Well, you remain aware as long as you stay present. Not thinking endlessly about the past, not worrying constantly about the future. Not allowing your mind to take control. When you are present, you notice thoughts and emotions easily. You can identify these and let go of them just as easily. It will take work and practice, but in the end, you will eventually be present more than you aren't. Everyone slips sometimes, but if you are aware of the slip, you immediately go back to being present.
When you let go of your past, and the traumas you went through in it, you are becoming an architect for your future, with out worry. Things that don't suit you, things you have outgrown including people will start to melt into the background, while other things better things will start manifesting into your life. Simply because you have shifted your mind away from negative thoughts, you start using the Law of Attraction without realizing or even trying to do it. See, things will never improve if you are continuously living in the past or future.
By shifting your focus to the present, you shift how you think. Think about it, when all you get in your life is tower moments, observe your thought patterns. I guarantee that your mindset is nothing good ever happens to you, or all I have is bad luck. Something along those lines right? What if I told you that you were constantly receiving tower moments BECAUSE you were thinking about negativity. That's where affirmations and gratitude comes in.
Speak, think, write affirmations every day. Whatever it is, you want abundance in your life, then you have to do the work by affirming, "My life is full of Abundance" Notice how I said is, instead of will be? That is very important. To truly manifest something into being, you have to acknowledge that you ALREADY have it.
Instead of asking the universe for something directly, you must feel and believe you already have it.
For instance, I want to publish a book, while I'm finishing it my mindset shouldn't be It WILL get Published. Or I HOPE it is published.
The correct affirmation is My book is published and I have tremendous success. That way you are putting positive thoughts out into the universe and in divine timing, it will be so. The universe is always listening to us, what we think is what we get. If you think I probably won't get that Job, your not going to get that job. If you think I have that Job, if its meant for you, the universe will deliver it.
Gratitude falls under this same umbrella, because until you are truly grateful for all you have been given, you won't be given anything more. So write down both affirmations and Gratitude every day, you will eventually start seeing results.
To get to that point, might take a while, everyone's journey is different and takes different stages and tower moments, to reach inner union, and start actively pursuing your purpose. First, you must remember you are a soul, and then you must do the healing, which despite what some teachers will tell you, is very important. Yet, you do not have to do anything to "heal" that process starts as soon as you begin to observe your thoughts and feelings. Because you will then be able to identify your triggers, and work toward eradicating them.
If you receive a tower moment in your journey, do not dwell or worry over it. Look for the lesson it is meant to teach you and let go of it. Don't allow the tower moment to hold you back in your Journey.
When you start doing all of this, you will also notice people and situations in your life falling away.
Do not dwell on this either, you have leveled up, and they haven't. Sometimes, they return if they are meant to, usually they do not. This is meant as a way to purge of what no longer serves you to make room for the new improvements in your life, embrace them.
For instance, I have noticed that some of my friends have faded into the background. They do not message me and they do not answer. I do not dwell on this, for I have out grown these people, and if they grow, they will return, if they don't they were not meant to be in my life in the first place. Accept what is and move on.
This is your spiritual awakening, your soul resonates with Eminem's music and connects to it. You all agreed to have him wake you when it's time, and friends it is time, without a shadow of doubt in my mind. His messages stirred you, now you must open those eyes fully, and fulfill your personal mission, what ever that might be. And, when you are ready, it will come to you, eat at you and not stop until you start doing it.
When you start to wake, your tarot and zodiac readings make more sense, and you start seeing messages and synchronicities every where. It's time to embrace your wake up call and become the best version of yourself you can be.
Your calling, your mission will come to you, after you test many avenues, and different ways to express it, and you know what your spiritual gifts will open for you. Deep intuition, and even some telepathy which is an extremely rare gift.
It all starts with remembering you are a soul, and observing your thoughts and feelings. You will eventually find the balance between the 5th dimension and the Matrix, and then you will use your purpose to guide others on their paths.
If you are resonating with this and your mind is telling you these things simply don't exist or that it wants more proof before action, that's your ego refusing to let go. Acknowledge those thoughts, notice you are thinking them, and simply let them go. If this resonates with you, you are supposed to be here, there are no coincidences in the universe, everything happens for a reason with divine timing.
Stay as present as you can achieve, if you are doing a specific task, like dishes, focus on that, on your breathing, the way the warm water touches your skin. As you are focusing on one of these things, simply observe the thoughts that pop up in your mind, acknowledge those thoughts, and then let them drift off into the nothingness.
Let go of the past, let go of the future, and focus on now. As you do, observe and let go of negative thoughts and emotions that have no purpose other than making you suffer. This isn't something you fight, it's something you overcome.
What will you achieve? Genuine happiness, the type that even tower moments cannot take from you. No more dwelling, no more suffering. You are so happy that you are glowing, and glowing so much that you are manifesting things into your life. You will be on top, you will be doing what you came here to do, and you will have no regrets. However, also you won't judge, engage in fighting or bickering, you will live and let live.
Have you ever been in a toxic situation? One that is so deep it spirals out of control? While you are in such a situation, your mind races, you produce negative thoughts in emotions at such an alarming rate you can feel it because your internal temper rises. You will eventually notice this feeling, and meditate in toxic situations to keep your cool, you will eventually never feel that feeling again.
Because all of that is the ego mirroring all your programmed negative emotions all at once. Every trauma, every situation you have experienced bubbling to the surface all at once. You can stop that from happening, and become a better person for it.
All you have to do is let them go as they come to you.
